In my never ending quest to give Nancy & Dianne a heart attack I took two gents from CA to the shooting range today.
They both claim to be firearms enthusiast despite having little to zero skills.
I broke it down Barney style after watching the first guy walk across the range breaking the 180 rule. My fault for thinking he even knew how to walk w a rifle in a safe fashion. It wasn’t loaded but still…where the heck is your head at?
After a little coaching….several hours really…I had them hitting steel @ 200yds.
Guy 1 had a 2” 3shot group, guy 2 put up a 4” 3shot group.
Both were very happy and one bought me dinner and the other gave me $20 for spent ammo.
Both already were chomping at the bit to go out and purchase a rifle.
I truly believe it’s our duty to open their eyes. I hope they purchase rifles and ask me to take them out again.
