The local Sportsman's has a couple of these on the rack. Don't know much about the brand except that it's made in Finland and seems to have a good reputation.

Anyone familiar?

They're a Sako brand. Tikka is their more budget line of rifles, but I've heard that they're excellent from a couple of guys.

I've not shot one, but owners seem to love them across all the forums I frequent.

Their .22 is in the same size action too, so you can put it in whatever chassis/stock you wish.

Not a better more accurate factory rifle made in my opinion. Very smooth actions light weight and shoot fantastic. Great little guns to build on as well if you ever felt inclined to do so.

I’d definitely have to agree.

Picking up a Tikka bolt gun has been on my list for a while. Lots of aftermarket parts to replace/upgrade just about everything. Great accuracy and very true action from the factory. Ive notice a little bolt slop working the action but a very smooth operating action at that.

I have had a few tikka. They are close on par with a 700 in my opinion. I had a 7mag. I regret parting with and am having a hard time avoiding the 308 tac medic has

Stop resisting, resistance is futile….😂😂😁

I have a Tikka T3 in .308. It is a tack driver with my hand loads. Also have a Tikka M595 in 7mm-08. It is also quite accurate, with my hand loads. I have a Nikon 6x18 scope on it
