Here I was hoping the increased precipitation upstream would raise the level and flow of the Rio Grande high enough where the illegals can't just walk across the riverbed.
imagine if you had a rule or something where by people seeking asylum would have to stay or be returned to mexico until their court date. That might be an added deterrent. :think:
