So T-Mobile will be surveilling your texts to see if anyone is trying to advertise to you via text anything they believe to be illegal OR immoral, including firearms stuff. If T-Mobile mistakenly believes that braces are somehow still illegal, or they just think they are immoral, and some company sends you a text with one offered for sale, T-Mobile intends to (somehow) fine them. (How does that work if the advertiser is on Verizon? I don't know.)
But this policy also extends to political campaigns. If T-Mobile believes the message is somehow against their policies, they will take action. Gee,...you don't suppose they will consider ANY message from Trump as against some policy here or there do ya? Naaaawww, not a chance.
And how does any of this, if not all of this, not violate the 1st Amendment 9 ways from Sunday? How do they get away with reading your messages?
I hate Verizon and was looking to dump them and had been looking at T-Mobile. But no phuking way in Hell am I gonna ever spend a penny with those basterds now.
