It turns out Arizona's own pro-2nd Amed. "Attorney For Freedom", Marc Victor, is representing at least one of the people held for the Jan. 6th disturbance. He's a sharp lawyer, and has filed a motion to dismiss all charges leveled against his client for his role in the U.S. Capitol riots on January 6, claiming “no indictment or information has been filed within the time limit required.”

I find that interesting, not only because of the local connection, but because I can't help but wonder how many others are similarly situated. How many other folks might get released for the same missteps the gov't has made here.

Lawyers are going to have another banner year. On a lighter note, “South Park Vaccine Special” included Jacob Chansley in the character mix.8BB39A1E-EE86-4CB8-870C-77DDF17947EE.jpeg8185EBA6-F7A1-4EF1-8CE1-FBC1F8D5B4E9.jpegA0CAE1A1-5B70-4F93-A6FD-93BCEBA3079B.jpeg

This guy waived his preliminary hearing which would have been when he would be told "you have been charged with such and such how do you plead?" A court date will be set for and he'll be convicted with x amount of time served
