If it's a typical gang shooting it is excluded as a candidate for anti-gun media sensationalization because it does not drive the narrative that they want to drive.
On the flip side - there is plenty unsaid in the articles. How do 9 kids get shot and there are no critical injuries? You KNOW that if they sprayed the crowd with rounds from an AR platform gun this would be in the story. Now - if gangy-mc-banger 15 year old let off a round of #9 birdshot from his daddy's dove gun and peppered 9 kids 100 yards away - well - then the more sensational story is "9 children shot at Georgia gas station..."
We'll probably never know the truth if there is not political hay to be made by publicizing it...

Same non-news from all of them, nothing new that addresses weapons used or gang affiliation, if any. Makes one think all of "new" organizations just copied and pasted the original report. Small caliber handgun perhaps or like BigNate opined, a birdshot loaded shotgun? Hmmm
