SBInet Towers?

Whatever happened to the SBInet towers aka Virtual Fence they spent all that $$$$ on a while back?
I saw some they installed near Arrivaca and then never heard any more about them. Seems to me they would be far less unsightly than shipping containers.
Does anyone know if those towers are still in use?
