Not so much of a problem here anymore due to the sanctions. But Canada was still getting Russian ammo imported until last year.

Here's some pics from a Canadian shooter of his ammo he recently bought. Notice the packaging date in November of 2022,...well into the war and after things had already started going badly for the Russian logistics chain.

Yeah.
It appears the case has folded during the forming process. I've seen this in some hand made cartridges where people form one casing into another by cutting and forming a new shoulder. Is it really a problem? Maybe, maybe not. Both examples here are from Barnaul Cartridge Plant. I've never seen such cases from a factory however. Perhaps quality-control is no longer removing rounds which would previously have been thrown out due to demand. In any case (pun intended) the situation is making the rounds (pun intended again!) on some Russian social media pages with the warning to discard them, if you can afford to.
