Ruger RXM

I'm a Glock guy and the Ruger RXM got my attention. Decided to buy on sale yesterday at Turners in Goodyear.

Also grabbed a black Magpul frame, not a big fan of the default grey. Had a spare Streamlight TLR-1 at home for it too.

Does anyone else have an RXM yet? What's your opinion of it and have you done anything with it (parts/mods)?

Any suggestions for an OWB holster?

Mine is a fine shooter, and certainly a great G19 pattern gun. Enjoy it.

I've only shot mine for two shooting sessions but I like mine much more than any of the Glock 9mm's I own. I got an RXM because of the magazine compatibility. However, I found I liked the RXM's grip angle and trigger right out out of the box over the Glocks. When you consider the better sights, the RDR compatibility and ease of swapping out grip frames its a winner for me.

just shot mine- using a DA wolfman- fine gun- runs like a glock- feels better in the hand

Heavy considerations were given to the fact it's compatible with magazines and ammo I already own, for sure. Similar considerations were given to my Sub-2k.

Good to hear the positive feedback on the RXM, look forward to hitting the range.
