The origins of many of the gun control concepts go back to the idea of keeping guns out of the hands of black folks in America. If you are not armed, you cannot defend yourself when angry racists show up...the same racists who don't want you to be armed. :think:

Just met a lesbian couple at a neighbor's birthday party, a few weeks ago, they have been friends with the mrs for a few years,in her book club,... I don't get out much.

Talked with one long enough to find out she carries when she feels the need. She is a lefty with a gun,... interesting combination. But, then again, I just met her,... give me a year.

Plenty of lefties own guns. They just don't believe the anti-gun laws they push for will effect them. As they are the smart people who can be trusted.

All gun laws are about taking the teeth from the dog so when they decide to cross the line there is no bite in the bark. They think twice about taking on a pitbull but will just kick a little yapping toy out of the way.


They = Treasonous tyrannical government.
Teeth = guns or the peoples check against loosing the security of their free state.
Bite = the use of those guns as a tool of the will of the people.
Yapping toy = unarmed peasants i.e. willing victim.

Every maligned group should be taught the empowerment that comes from full membership in America and the tools that come with.

As for negative actions like seen by some in the pride parades that are solely to offend and desensitize? I try to revert to rules about dealing with annoying kids. Ignore them till they are irrelevant and it wont be fun for them to act out anymore.

We have gun folks who do the same stupid shit regarding some of the open carry protests. We do it for the same reason the gay pride people act out. You, you as a general term meaning anyone, may disagree as to the reasons or right to do so but it comes from feeling infringed upon.
