The manager had me look it over and show him a few things. I encouraged him to take it up the street for a proper eval.
As I suspected, it's a 1st Gen parts-gun where nothing matches. Frame s/n is 5 - - - However, the bore and chambers are excellent, and it's had an action-job. Ready-to-go for cowboy/SASS work. It's a 5.5" barrel, appears to be .45 Colt(must confirm with ammo/dummy round) that's going into the case at $1400.
