not sure where this goes but potential scammer?

i had a wtb listing that someone relied too. price seemed too good to be true and their profile was from mar of this year with no posts etc...

did a image search and didnt find anything but then called him and things started to seem off.

manual searched images on gunbroker and found where he got the photos from.


this isnt feedback but not sure where it belongs - or if its obvious and i just thought i got lucky

Sure sounds like a scam attempt, what's his user name? on other forums I came up with almost the same scenario, asked him for a picture with a certain angle and another identifier, he started coming up with excuses why he couldn't do it, pretty much confirmed it.
