New changes for image uploads

I made some changes for image uploads. Namely, you can now upload images as large as 20 MB each and the forum will automatically resize them to a realistic size for you.

You can also just drag and drop them into the reply window and it should auto-attach them.

If you're referring to AZSauctions.com - I am testing it here first (was easier due to phpbb). It will take some different code to implement it there.
