My Walmart shelves has no ammo

So I went to walamart today and visited their sporting goods section, gun and ammo shelves were all empty... why?

Walmart stopped selling most popular caliber ammo in the wake of the El Paso Walmart shooting.

Been that way for quite a while, they still sell some ammo, but all the “assault” calibers from 9 to 556 are gone.

Hey all... I know about walmart no longer selling AR and other non hunting guns and recently no more hand gun ammo sales ... but the entire cabinet had literally no ammo... and no guns.
