So it sounds like in the near future if this all passes we will have to pay an FFL to run a background check before we sell or trade with each other.

Many victims' families are the parents and relatives and baby mamas of the gang members who will line up to demand their money. The communities most affected by gun violence are places like Chicago, St. Louis, and other places where the 2nd Amendment has been infringed into oblivion.

You are not wrong. I was thinking more of the mass shootings like the Las Vegas shooting. Also you make a great point, always cracks me up that the places with the strictest gun have the most gun violence.
