It was only a matter of time. I'm surprised it took so long, but to make matters worst for his defense this audio can be construed as confession of a straw purchase. I'm not sure how that would affect his trial as I'm not a lawyer, however the straw purchase alone carries felony charges and a 6 year prison sentence in Wisconsin.
2020 is a lot of things, but not a question that it has been the economic full employment act for lawyers. The fees throwing around is staggering, they do not work for free. Or at all if you do not pay them. Pretty hard nosed bunch in my payment plan haha.
