This might be old news but I thought I saw via online sources that Kim Jong Un was riding in his green bullet proof train to meet with Putin recently. Found it interesting that media said there was a long layover in which wheels were changed to fit Russian railways. Coming from two dictators who brag about being able to be violent with their nuclear power; It seems kind of a desperate move to take a bullet proof train to do business in Russia.
