Just moved to Gilbert from back east in Ohio. Got here about a month ago. Just trying to get used to the hunting regs and being able to shoot on BLM land.
In the past I was mostly a wheel gun shooter since I could plug a deer with one as far as I would be able to see anyways. Always enjoyed and wanted to get into more longer range shooting, just have to find someplace to go plink/practice.
Any tips/good locations to stretch my range a bit? What's the deal with shooting out in the sticks? Just get out of the city and have at it?
