A judge asked a mother if she got the coronavirus vaccine. She said no, and he revoked custody of her son.
Judge Revokes Custody of Child Because Mother is not Vaccinated

This is not the first time this judge has asked parents if they were vaccinated.
He has ordered parents in other cases to get vaccinated and get their kids vaccinated.

This is accelerating faster than expected....

On a slightly different note :
Two judges in Ohio have also ordered that some people receive the vaccine as a condition of their probation.

How is this garbage even close to constitutional? What happened to my body my choice or does that only apply to one political party?

I'm paraphrasing something I read yesterday - "First they tried fear, then guilt, then bribery, and now force".

Here is the bottom line: the courts are corrupt. Arrogant judges rule their courtrooms like little fiefdoms; they can get away with pretty much anything. Another judge can overturn their decision in a case but their are no real sanctions against a judge for making outrageous decisions. And judges are also hesitant to overrule other judges; they like to maintain the status quo of a judge's courtroom being their exclusive domain. If a judge has a decision overturned he or she will just say, "Oh well!", and move on with their life without any consideration to the harm that they have inflicted on their victims. A lack of outside oversight and accountability of the courts has led to them becoming more like organized crime families than instruments of justice.

Pretty hard to argue with that.
