Judge, Oops I dropped my gun

I wonder how many people he convicted and sentenced for doing the same thing.
"The right of the people who are more equal than others to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Why does everything have to have a criminal charge. I dropped my concealed handgun and it didn't go off, so effing what? How many cops have left theirs in a restaurant bathroom or dropped theirs? Sh it happens and as long as nobody was hurt who cares. I had a belt break in a local store abut 12 years ago and my Glock 21 fell out on the floor and libtards scattered. I picked it up and left holding my pants up. Of course I have some ahole at my door banging a hour later talking about what they could charge me with, slammed the door in his face then his watch commander came and talked to me. He said I was not getting charged since they had guns stolen from cars and one left in the secure area of a court house in a bathroom which was found and reported by a felon.

There are just too many damn laws in this country that you can be charged for something minor like this while most of the elites can leave a loaded gun in a daycare and nothing happens.

lol, i had an ankle holster give way once and drop kicked it down a abco grocery isle, lol, some funy ass looks, and some "oh mys'' , it does happen, no harm no foul

He wasn't charged for dropping it; he was charged for having it where he wasn't supposed to. He had a valid CCW and commie (FOID) card. Remove all restricted areas and institute nationwide constitutional carry I say...

As much as I dislike guys who wear a robe to work he is at risk because of his job and should be able to carry where he works. A judge I know in Phx carries at work and everywhere else. Maybe they don't allow them to carry back there in a courthouse.

Of course it's an unconstitutional and unjust law. Essentially, he committed the "crime" of "keeping and bearing arms." Of course the judge should not be charged. But it's priceless that he is charged with the same unjust crime that (I assume) he has sentenced "less equal" people for.

A Judge is probably the last person who needs to carry a gun. Especially in a Courthouse. I'm sure he parks in an elite, secured parking lot. Walks to Court in an elite, secured area only for Judges. Rides to his office/chambers in a private elevator reserved for Judges only. Once there, he's in a Court facility that screens for weapons, etc.
You almost never hear of anything happening to Judges based upon them being Judges. Superior Court Judges here in AZ rotate their assignments every couple of years. So, they aren't dealing with the same types of cases on a regular basis for extended periods of time.
