Is the enemy already trying to engineer another tragedy?

So somebody knew this guy had gone to the Capitol with a gun and suicide on his mind. At some point, they called the Capitol Police about it. (But maybe [highlight=yellow]after[/highlight] the guy failed to initiate whatever mission he had been wound up and set upon? Hmmmmm,....) I mean, mistakes happen. But the Capitol security team is no joke. To me, the timing on this is just toooooooo damned suspicious. To me, it has the smell of a planned mass shooting that was engineered to have occurred, but failed to execute. Yeah,...I know,...my tin foil hat is on too tight. But how many of you are quietly nodding your head agreeing with me on this?
