Rifle stabilizer first developed for US Army's defunct ‘Iron Man’ suit is tested for use by individual soldiers to help them hit targets with 'deadly accuracy' - even while in the standing position

Gyroscopic stabilization. Been used for other things for a hundred or more years. It's always the simple ideas that do well and take forever for someone to come up with.

Sure has made photo taking easier!! I remember when the golden rule was dont try and shoot below a shutter speed of 50. Even at 50 with film you had to have the right grip or a tripod.

Now I have shot all the way down to teens and I still get a clear shot with lens or camera body stabilization.

Im old so my mind still screams at me when I see a 30 or 20 shutter speed but .. it works!
