OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) — Deputies seized 337 firearms from a Clackamas County home in late July and arrests in connection with the seizure are expected, authorities said.

The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office reported Tuesday that the cache of illegal weapons seized in late July included machine guns, thousands of rounds of ammunition and high-capacity magazines, KGW reported.

Sheriff’s officials said it’s believed to be the largest weapons seizure in the agency’s history. Clackamas County is just south and east of Portland.

Law enforcement officials did not report the exact location of the home where deputies served a search warrant as part of an ongoing criminal investigation. Deputies also found methamphetamine during the raid, officials said.

The seizure comes after deputies recovered 44 firearms at a Gresham home in June.

“The number of illegal guns in our communities is staggering and underscores the challenge we face as a community against gun violence,” Multnomah County undersheriff Nicole Morrissey-O’Donnell said.

"high capacity magazines"
I'm guessing standard capacity magazines with a couple after-markets.

I wonder how many of those supposed "law" officers gun collections just got a bit bigger.

Funny how the drugs are casually mentioned as an afterthought. Cause that totally looks like the gun collection of a drug dealer - lot of milsurps and high dollar stuff. Sure sounds like the "hey we heard this dude has a bunch of guns, but need a reason to justify the search, we still got some of that meth laying around?"

F*ck this C*nt.
Once again, no mention of the drugs.

Sure sounds like they planted some meth and took these people's collection that was probably decades in the making. Funny how I am sure a lot of it was purchased when it was legal - and now isn't due to some dingleberries misinterpretation of what our rights are. I wonder how many were actually "automatic" too.... and not semi-auto converted.

300+ guns the other day, and another 44 previous from somewhere else. Sounds to me like someone in that areas gun community is ratting out others.....

Wow this looks like a High-end weapons cache

Well,...I do see an M11/9, a Swedish K, a Thompson, a 1919A4,...not entirely a pile of junk there.

The MAC and 1919 could be semis. If not they could be registered. I can see a stolen MAC but stolen 1919 a little less likely. The K, I'm not familiar with at all.

lol, hes a collector, they either set him up or he had a son or daughter in the drugs, and they roped him in, if you look at the K its in a kit box, that was built as a semi auto they were all over years ago, and i'd bet the 1919 is semi if not on registry, it could be a bring back not declared, i smell a stink here

Look closer. They have stocks affixed. Whether semi or full,...it seems likely none were registered anywhere. I suspect all were built into original functionality.
