I bought in Surprise for 115k when the housing market was destroyed about 12 yrs ago. Up and down the street were for rent/lease/sale signs, we were literally one of two houses that were inhabited. We just had a realtor over and we can now easily get 450k… more than likely more, most likely will be cali transplants. Where the hell are we going though? Morristown, maybe Wittman? Rolla MO maybe? Decisions decisions.
