I will sit and wait. I have enough NFA items, so I am on all the “lists” already. I submitted 4 “braced” pistols” verifiably, in my trust and they are waiting.
Since it is no money out of my pocket, the only issue for me is moving the 4 “assets” out of my NFA trust back to private ownership, if the court battle goes the way it should. That is a simple sale or gift, with only personal paperwork. Until then, according to the ATF folly rule, my application is my approval for these 4 “SBR”s. If the ATF wins in court, I have 4 free tax stamps.
I knew what the outcomes could be when I started the process and planned for either.
