Hawks Rock distillery to fire up

Off the coast of Ireland sits hawks rock
recently they've been producing irish whiskey aged in used pappy/buffalo trace barrels-
im a fan of all whiskey/whisky and ill definitely get my hands on one or more of these bottles too-

Sounds expensive! The barrels make all the difference yeah?

There is a guy at the Gilbert Farmers Market that makes custom barrels with sayings on them.

Not sure what the barrels do other than flavor and color I am sure.
