After advising the young person behind the counter that this was our first time in he began to inquire if we were looking for anything in particular that he could help us with. Nope, said I, just browsing. He then proceeded to stand back and let us browse. We begin to ask questions about this and that and he was quite helpful in regards to trying to best answer our inquiries. He showed us several firearms at our request and we had straight forward discussions about them. After we were done browsing we said thanks for letting us look and he said "any time" please come back.
Honestly guys, I didn't see anything wrong with his customer service approach. He was polite and helpful. Ya know, good customers and good customer service works both ways. Take the criticism you get on these forums with a grain of salt and don't condemn a business unless you've gone there and experienced the good, or the bad, first hand.
