Only non students can carry on campus?

Old news already and yes the Campus prohibits students from carrying however non-students are allowed to. She did the photo the day AFTER her graduation to point out the idiocy of that.

According to the college rules a non-student shooter bringing their weapon on campus to kill people isn't breaking any rules until they open fire. However a student bringing a weapon to only be used in case a shooter opens fire is subject to expulsion by doing so.
