But that aside. He keeps screaming how people are breaking the law. Well .. isnt there a process for laws to be suggested , passed and validated? Did all these sick A$$ tyrants on a moments notice actually create "LAWS"

Its been less than a year .. I find it hard to believe all these local shmucks got laws passed that are enforceable on relatively short notice.

IIRC, Executive Orders are considered laws to a degree.
