Let's not forget that if you were able to wave a magic wand and ban all guns, mass shootings would go down, but mass killings would continue, and the body count would go up, not down. The substitute for guns is not bows and arrows, but cars and trucks, fire, explosives, and poison gas.

Only a couple of weeks ago, a psycho in the gun-free paradise of Kyoto, Japan set a building on fire and killed 33, more than the El Paso and Dayton shootings combined.

If the psychos in El Paso and Dayton had gone around and blocked a couple of exits, then tossed in a couple of mayonnaise jars filled with gasoline taped to flares, the body count would have been a whole lot higher.
