Getting jerked around by Happy Jack lodge

Somehow got drawn for elk in 6A this fall and made a reservation for a cabin at Happy Jack lodge for Nov27-Dec5. All good right? Nope. Paid the $760 over a month ago for the cabin and I get a call yesterday and the woman tells me "The girl who made the reservation was new and undercharged you, we will need an additional $409". What? Can they even do this? Now I have her calling like a bill collector twice today wanting to know what I want to do. Any thoughts?

Have a lawyer reply,... that should tell them what you want to do.

Personally, I would demand a refund,... spend it on a one person tent, if you don't have one, pack in and go hunting the old fashion way, the way I always did it. :dance:

$760 + $406 = $1166

So seems the girl did simply screw up. Did you not consult the Lodge's fee schedule before placing your reservation?

Buy a tent and pay $24 x 9 = $216
