In a 100-yard fight, I can't imagine that a 1 1/2" group would be noticeably more effective than a 2" group.

It's got to come down to durability. If you are going to shoot a ton, you want a gun that holds up. But, if you are going to issue one rifle to every household in the kibbutz, and give everybody a 100-round familiarization course, then put the guns on the rack, then a pelosiload of $400 rifles could do a swell job repelling Hamasholes.

OK, that was funny, don't care who you are. :mrgreen: But, more importantly, very true. Honestly though, they need the ammo more than all the rifles, at least half or more won't take a rifle, or, don't have the mental capacity to pull the trigger when the threat arrives.
