Yeah, I read about that travesty in a feed I subscribe to.

He is not being charged for murder because when he killed the guy it was self defense.
They are going to prosecute him on other charges for coming back the second time and shooting a dead body.
The coroner said the guy was already dead when he came back for the second time.
