What a shame. I have been extremely consistent. I don't harbor some of the strong feelings some of you do toward one group or another. I am a meritocracy guy through and through.

I dont much care if you are male, female, gay, black, brown, yellow or green .. If you are the best person for the job you should have it and we should endeavor to remove any impediments to the process in which the best person gets the gig.

Any criteria used for selection that isnt .. "this person is best suited and has the potential to be the best at most of the things the job requires" is silly.

I would NEVER vote for someone or promote someone to a job because we shared some common features, matching genitalia or hearkened from the same piece of earth dirt.
