I'll go first. I am pessimistic. I predict the Dems will cheat, on the principle of So? WTFYGDAI?
Anybody who objects or even questions will be crushed by the media as an election denier. Any lawyer who sues will be disbarred. Anybody who objects too loudly or too effectively will go to jail. The fix is in.

I don't like agreeing with smithers556 on this,...but I do.

I stocked up on mags, receivers and primers 8 years ago when it looked like Hillary was in. Fortunately, I was wrong about that and would love to be wrong this time too. But I never sold off that stuff and just stashed it away, so I didn't have to panic buy like so many others did during the pandemic 4 years ago. This time, I've been spending on trauma gear.

The race for POTUS in Arizona is between citizens and criminals, hard to forecast who will win but criminals are voting 90,000 to your one vote and the Arizona AG is a democrat, no conflict there.

This now leads us to Arizona. According to the far-left media outlet, Arizona Central, Maricopa County officials reported that 90,000 registration forms were turned in by a third-party group on the last day of voter registration (October 27) in the state. This tends to be a similar practice to other leftist registration harvesting groups – dumping thousands on state clerks around the cut off date for registering to vote.

According to the Arizona Republic 40,000 of the registrations or almost half of the total were damaged or incomplete and could not be used.
Maricopa Spokesperson Taylor Kinnerup said many forms were dated weeks prior. Arizona state law mandates that third-party groups submit registration forms to election officials “within five days” of collecting the forms from voters. So this was another infraction by the group.

With all the hard work the R's have put in, with the current prices of groceries and everything else, and the horrific state of illegal immigration I'm going with Trump and Lake wins as well as R control of Congress and the Arizona Legislature.

Remember in 2016 how so much of the rhetoric was Republican Clinton bashing? I think the democrats learned a thing or 2 and now the court convictions, the Jan 6th Capitol riot, the 2025 Plan, the top secret documents case, the Trump Supreme Court overturning ROE, Billionare Buddy image, the age/dementia issue etc.. are ALL being used against him and eroding faith in his candidacy.

They also spent a year just hammering at Biden age instead of establishing a clear plan. Now in 100 days they have no Joe and no plan other than “On Day one…” . Seriously what about the next 3 years and 364 days?

Hope I can say this without getting a bunch of hate but seriously this a real concern of mine: Since we’re all here in AZ and have a first person view on immigration does anyone else feel like deporting tens of thousands of workers immediately seem like a good idea? Where are labors coming from to everything? Today I read about proposed tariffs on all goods from Mexico. Those prices will just be tacked on to my price. No way to stock pile lettuce, tomatoes and avocados and certainly not going to able to afford domestic items if there are no fieldworkers.

As I have said forever;...immigration isn't the problem. The welfare state and the Free Schit Army are the problem. No immigration controls will work as long as the free schit is still dangled as bait. But get rid of the free schit, kill the welfare state,...and watch how the immigration thing evaporates into nothingness quicker than your butt sweat on a park bench in August. Prior to the welfare state, the only people coming here were people willing to work hard and pull their weight. The best of them. But now we get the worst of them, because they want that free schit.

Everyone's efforts should be laser-focused on obliterating the welfare state. All this immigration blathering is just an ancillary side effect symptom of the actual cause of all this woe.

We've been saying that for years, get rid of the cheese, the mice will leave, that ain't new. But for now, we should suspend the 13th amendment, give folks 6 months to get their shit in order, then, it's a free for all, no docs, you go on the auction block. Rather harsh, but it certainly would solve our issues with immigration.
