Omeed Malik, founder of the investment firm 1789 Capitol, of which Colombier Acquisition Corp. II is a subdivion and has acquired Grab-A-Gun, is also the guy who has bankrolled Tucker Carlson and The Daily Caller. Malik was an early backer of JFK Jr.'s presidential campaign and later DJT. Don Jr., upon his dad becoming Prez, rather than joining the administration, became Vice President of Colombier Acquisition instead.
