Had someone ask this on another forum, so I decided to test it out.
The answer is no.

Now I need another Homer Bucket...

Wow, good to know. Shooting distance from bucket?

Tape up the holes, fill it with sand, and see how far another round of .22 will get. That'll stop it.

Put phone books into the bucket all the way to the top. Fill the bucket with water. It will stop 22, 9 ,380,45, not sure about 10mm

An inch or two from the top. Sand and phone books work well.

Did you shoot straight down at it?

I'm actually kinda surprised it went through.

Was there space between the bucket and ground? Did you have to search for the bullet?
Dam Tim, you kinda skipped the foreplay and blasted straight to the no.....

Directly against the tile. Bullet was in the bucket.
