The FFL doesn’t have to sell anyone a firearm...I’ve rejected several people because of poor gun handling/lack of safety, smelling of alcohol, and smelling of marijuana. I’ve even had a few customers try to use their medical marijuana card as supplemental proof of address before....after answering 11e “no”.

You know we use to have a gun show here in Glendale AZ. It's not here anymore but they would sell alcohol and whiskey at the venue. I asked ATFE about it and they didn't care if you were drinking and buying firearms and ammo. They even had a table at the show and watched it while it was happening.
