The 7 min video shows more reactions.

In the clearer one notice Jeb has a smug look as hes looking at the camera man (I'd like to know who the camera man was) then he switches it up to a smug grin, then when he sees the envelopes contents how instantly distraught he becomes and looks at daddies casket.

The letter at the end of the 7 min vid may or may not be legit.. personally, based off Jebs expression, is that was a photo of G.W. in GITMO and Jeb realizes that the casket is empty.
