When read carefully, you'll spot some key things here these former generals are paranoid about. They see a real and actual risk of a split within the ranks. They also see potential confusion of whose orders to follow if/when such a split occurs. They insist the Pentagon can't wait for Congress to address such matters. (Let me say that again;...the Pentagon can't wait for Congress to act. That should raise the hairs on your neck.)

Retired generals urge Pentagon to take steps to avert 'civil war' after 2024 election

"First, everything must be done to prevent another insurrection. Not a single leader who inspired it has been held to account. Our elected officials and those who enforce the law — including the Justice Department, the House select committee and the whole of Congress — must show more urgency," they wrote.

These generals are sympathetic to the swamp rats who infest Washington, D.C. They are part of the problem. We have a spineless, woke military leadership that is in bed with the powers that control D.C. politics.

Lol.

"Civil War"

Won't happen. I find it hilarious when people bring this up. It is like that really funny meme that came out, and then everyone forgets about it - and then it pops up again and it is somehow still funny.

Society today is the worse part of being equivalent to a mentally deficient lemur. One side rambles on about this tired day-dream fantasy topic when their candidates lose, and the other does the same when it is reversed.

You think enough of these people give a flying fornication about doing anything even resembling "civil war?" As long as they get their cell service, disney +, dutch brothers, and instagram likes they couldn't care less about the past or the future. Most of these people couldn't tell you more than 10 words about the civil war, constitution, etc. Anyone who thinks that there would be enough dildos to actually start/fight/progress a "civil war" is living in a fantasy world.

I love how they mention the "capital insurrection" as a example. If you think that was anything like an actual "insurrection" that could accomplish anything - you may need to reevaluate your processing ability. That was a bunch of dildos who did it for the "likes" and "upvotes."

The funniest part of the grand "insurrection" is that the pointless maneuver did nothing other than get a chick shot, and have a bunch of people with reduced mental capacity get rewarded with criminal records and forever being "one of those people."

Another civil war, secession, etc - basically is 99.968% a topic for either special-forces-internet-commando-general-call of duty veterans to slap their gentleman's sausages around to while ordering more amazon airsoft tactical gear and knock-off eotechs from the wish app, or a group of latte-sipping-wannabe-socialist-starbuck-revolutionaries to huddle over a ipad where at least one internet browser tab is forever on some etsy page that sells useless crap like Che Guevara t-shirts or digital downloads of the Ruth Bader Ginsberg documentary.

Newsflash - that article isn't written as a warning, or anything useful. It was made so that way people who can't think logically get a head start on being dumb about the next election cycle. Pure propaganda playing both sides.
