Debates tonight, anyone?

muchI plan on watching but mostly for the spectacle of it. I also want to be able to have a first hand account of what transpired when I read the news tomorrow.
I think it is laughable who the Dems put up as a candidate and that people support him. I have never voted Dem but were I going to .. they really shot themselves in the foot pulling out a relic with a proven failed track record when their side is clamoring for a change. Maybe hard left but change none the less and they break out an old white guy and veteran of the swamp. What a stupid move. They might have been better off with Buttigieg. Dems screaming for change and they drag out the dead horse with enough real skeletons in the closet to make a haunted house.
And with him rattling the door knob on deaths door ... you have Kamela as second in command. Yea .. people might be screaming about BLM but the suburban housewives want nothing to do with Kamela as president. They just played their hand all wrong.
Still ... I will watch and hope Trump trounces his butt but stays close enough to script to not say anything stupid.
Middle east accords, roaring economy pre covid, new trade deals in favor of the US, dissolution of the Iranian pay off, new Nato spending and the lawlessness in Dem strong holds is enough to talk about and plenty of fodder.
I know Trump likes to wing it and its a strength sometimes but the media will be picking apart how he says "Good Evening" so I hope the three years of constant attack have tempered his free wheeling some.

That's Funny!! I read how " This will be the first time in history that there will be no handshake" and I immediately thought .. I dont want them to shake hands .. I want knives, battle axes and some horned helmets!!!

Good idea, I'll do the same.
But I will watch to see Trump just totally demean Biden. He did it with Hillary, and she had no answers, Biden hasn't had an answer in a long time. However unfortunately there is no audience to applaud or BOO. Biden is lucky, all of the comments will stay in peoples homes !
I have zero interest in watching two geriatrics "debate". I already know who I am voting for, and watching whatever is going to happen isn't going to change my mind. Any high points will be covered ad nauseam by the "news".
I can only hope Joe has a stroke during, looses his temper (a near guarantee), or just drops dead on stage.

Yeah, it started pretty rough. Trump has calmed down a little. Hopefully he stays that way and let's Biden show what a bumbling idiot he is.
