What an awful, sad, tragic story.
The Four Rules apply to all guns, but schools would never allow the NRA to teach kids to keep their fingers off the triggers, and not point them at other people.

It was a 800fps pellet rifle. Not exactly a simple bb gun.

Still, it certainly did put an eye out didnt it.
