Now there is no rule about using different names on different boards, or even asking the same questions at various places, so this could be a legit Q... I do it all the time myself...
BUT why does the guy purport to be from different states? Why does he say in one post he is a new gun owner and in another say hes a long time gunny? Why does he say he's a vet and on another board say he's a ex cop, a CA ccw holder, a Florida ccw holder, so poor he can't fix his car but wants a $3000 gun illegal in some of the states (NJ) where he asked, etc etc...
I also notice he asks a general question then waits for answers but doesn't respond to the thread (kinda like Ranger1 and a few other user names we are familiar with). There seems to be a pattern...
I'm get the feeling this guy is trolling the various guns forums under various user names... to what end? perhaps a paid shill with an anti-gun group (oh the conspiracy arises)... most of these accounts have been new in the last month.. are they trying to get a positive presence by sounding legit and then...?
Why do I care? because we as gun owners are under sneak attack and I hate rats... My trust level goes way down when the hairs on the back of my neck go up... YMMV
I wonder if there is a moderator website where these kinds of suspicious activity is disseminated so other boards at least have a heads up on certain users...
