A LEO charged with negligent homicide, Joe Shmuck a 12 year veteran on the XYZ police department has been charged by the BS county attorneys office for negligent homicide for not taking action against a 24 year old male in a routine traffic stop.The subject 24 year old Ima Azzhole was pulled over for a traffic violation, when officer Shmuck approached the suspects vehicle, and asked for license and insurance docs , the suspect fled the scene and in doing so ran over a woman and her two children resulting in the death of all of the victims, the district attorney claims that the officer was negligent and should have detained at any cost up to and including deadly force on the suspect. By letting the suspect flee the officer will be charged in the deaths of the victims, Mr Azzhole's attorney Mo Munny has scheduled a press conference for a later date, as his client is distraught over the nightmare the XYZ polce department has put him through.
