Colorado is in the 10th circuit
As far as I know the differing opinions would need to be settled in a higher court, but CA gun owners are already likely to be screwed when their state pushes the for an en banc decision since the 9th circuit, at least up until now, has a history of being not pro-2A. Which is how the gun control zealots have been screwing over the people for years.
