CCW/CWP renewal..name change

So...my now wife has to renew her permit. She got it before we were married, so the her name is obviously different. In the renewal paper work It doesn't give any instruction as what to do.

The captain in charge of the CCW unit is actually a member on AR15.com. He is active in the AZ hometown forums, especially in the CCW threads.

There is an online form that allows you to change/update your address or legal name. It’s on the AZ DPS CCW Unit website.
