Cat repellent

Neighborhood cat has decided to use my back yard as a litter box.
Yes, all you funny people, I have a suppressed .22, but I would prefer to use something more subtle.
What's your magic formula for a spray that makes cats want to be elsewhere?

I'd go with wolf urine.

I've heard of people that had good luck with some combination of things like vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice. This was for repelling cats, deer and other critters from a garden/backyard area. Wolf urine sounds like it would work really well, but I'll freely admit that I'm not man enough to go out in the woods and try to get fresh samples.

On the plus side if you have any problems with rodents they can be a great help. There is however a website called poopsenders that sells cow, elephant and gorilla poop. I'me betting that would confuse the feline. Maybe not the cow one though.
