I've run Tuffy in my last 2 vehicles, which are similar to Consolevault. They work great. Depending on the model, the level of security varies (i.e., it's sometimes easy to rip out the plastic console pieces around the metal door), but I feel they are a good deterrent to a snatch & grab for those of us who can't carry at work.
