I don't know how I never heard of this guy til tonite.

That video is from 6 years ago. You can imagine what happened next. The bleeding hearts wanted him removed, and the public wanted to send him to Washington D.C.

So they did both.

He is now Congressman Higgins from Louisiana's 3rd District, winning his race in 2016 shortly after this video. He resigned his position with St. Landry Parish under pressure from the ACLU and families of the gang members raising a ruckus. However, today Higgins maintains an active law enforcement commission as a reserve officer with the Louisiana Attorney General's office. Heck, despite being from Louisiana, the Governor of Kentucky bestowed him an official title as a "Colonel of Kentucky".

Makes you almost wish you was in Louisiana. Almost.

Hopefully he'll the next in line to be Senator after Kennedy retires.

I wouldnt want get any closer to New Orleans than his district. That place is a shit hole, south Chicago. His district has the Atchafalaya and Mississippi rivers separating it from New Orleans.

If you ever have to go thru there take the I12 Bypass around the north side of the lake or dont stop anywhere New Orleans if you get stuck on I10. It's a free fire free crime no penalty zone. Bunch of phucking animals roaming the streets protected by a soros DA and mayor. I feel sorry for the people there.
