"Just got off the phone with the NB CFO [Chief Firarms Officer - the ones that issue mandatory licenses required to own/purchase guns AND ammo], and as of next Weds, nobody may attend a Firearms Safety course, without being vaxed. That means nobody can obtain a (first) firearms license, without being double-jabbed. Also, a reminder, if you have never had a safety course when your license expires, you will have to take the safety course before they will issue you a license, and that means you have to be jabbed as well."
Licenses in Canada have to be renewed (every 5 years). In order to do so, you will now need to have had a 'safety course' which most people don't have if they are older than around age 25. In order to take a 'safety course' you need to be jabbed.
What else can they apply this plan to? Everything.
In order to get your driver/pilot/boating/plumbing/fishing/hunting license renewed you have to come in and take a quick refresher safety briefing course ... so on, so forth.
